About the Company — Lake Keowee Properties, Inc. is a
locally owned firm started by owners with upstate lakefront experience dating
back to the early
1970's.
Our focus is on matching buyers to exactly what they want, whether it's
for retirement, vacation, or life change. We provide service to upstate South
Carolina with a special emphasis on Lake Keowee. One of our specialities is new
construction, and we have an exclusive relationship with Cottingham & Bolen
Construction,
Inc. for building custom homes.

About the President and Broker-in-Charge — Nancy Cottingham
is President and Broker-in-Charge for Lake Keowee Properties, Inc. A South
Carolina native, she loves
working with people and has been successful as a banker, teacher, and retail
store owner/manager. Nancy has also been active in volunteer work with church,
Red Cross, and other charities. She has a B.S. degree in Personnel Management
from the University of West Florida and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from
the College of Charleston. She has been married for more than 40 years
to Richard, and they have a son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter in Columbia,
S.C. Their daughter is currently attending the Charleston School of Law in
Charleston, SC. Nancy's enthusiasm
and winning attitude are immediately apparent when you meet
her, and she will serve you well in any real estate transaction.

About the Keowee
Key Lead
Agent — Joan
Connelly is a licensed realtor who enjoys working with people and assisting
them in their search for property in beautiful upstate South Carolina. She
is a graduate of St. Joseph's Hospital School of Nursing in Syracuse, NY. As
a Registered Nurse, she worked in both hospitals and physicians' offices in
the fields of Obstetrics, Family Practice, and Oncology. She has been married
to Joseph for over forty years. They have a son who lives in Burlington, Vermont,
and a daughter, son-in-law, and two special grandsons who live in Sewanee,
Georgia. She has been active in volunteering with many community organizations,
as well as tennis groups and the Newcomers' Club of the Foothills. Joan looks
forward to meeting many new people and making new friends through her work
in real estate. |
